“The heart is the thousand-stringed instrument that can only be tuned with love.” -Hafiz
And then it got me to thinking about how I believe every action we take is either motivated by love or fear. I'm seeing loads of teachers around me acting and reacting with so much fear. {Can anyone saying Ohio Teacher Evaluation System, Common Core Standards, RIMP Plans, Value Added or just the general we need Spring Break burn out?}
Today I'm offering a simple shift:
Will you join me in choosing to send out love moment by moment today? Just one tiny moment at a time. Just keep asking, "What would love do in this moment?" {Don't even worry about the whole day--just this little moment.}
Will you join me in inviting love in moment by moment today? You so fully deserve to embrace all the love in the world. Do you know that there is enough love in the world for every single one of us? {If you're not feeling it you might need to experience a shift. If you feel like you're in a toxic environment you might need to close your door or walk away from a conversation or call someone else at lunch or at the end of the day.}
Doesn't this all feel a bit revolutionary--a little scary and a lot exciting?
Brave and amazing you,
I am sending you loads of love at the end of this week, and I am opening the doors of my heart wide to receive love as it flows this way.
With courage galore,
Brave Teacher Mim
P.S. Send out love by forwarding this to everyone you think could use it and posting it with all your peeps!
