
It's OK to rest. Nothing fancy or spectacular--just rest. It doesn't have to be well planned or scheduled--just rest. Whatever that means for you--just rest. In order to be real rest it does need to be guilt free. So unplug or get a babysitter or pull the covers up over your head. Take a nap.
Today you have permission to rest.
