What is going to sustain you right now, right where you are?
Spend a weekend on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie engaged in mini courses designed to support you in your quest for sustainability. We are going to focus on sustaining yourself right where you are, doing what you are doing. We will do this through a series of informal mini-courses for mind, body, and spirit!

Friday evening:
Arrive when you are able for an informal evening of munchies and conversation, an opening ceremony, and an art demonstration
Saturday:
Morning stretch by the lake--gentle yoga and meditation
Paint Your Heart Out Project--creative activity
Lunch--nourishing you
Free Time--creating margin
Dinner--casual food and great conversation
Evening of creation and conversation
Yoga Nidra--deep relaxation
Sunday:
Unstructured day to wrap up your glorious weekend as you see fit with a little closing ceremony after lunch
You will take away your own art and many strategies and techniques to continue on your unique path. {And the energy of amazing other women who have shared the weekend with you.)

Who runs the event?
Brave Teacher Mim, founder of Brave Teachers, current 4th grade teacher and certified yoga instructor is your host for this glorious weekend.
Where is it held?
We connect in a cottage in Lakeside, Ohio. {I am securing overflow accommodations because I know many of you will want to be part of this extra special event.}
Is this only open to teachers?
No! This event is only open to women, but any woman who feels like this speaks to her is welcome!
What do I bring?
Your open heart + You will want to bring sheets or a sleeping bag and anything you need to be comfortable for a weekend. We provide art supplies and food and the place to stay and little surprises along the way.
How much does it cost?
You are going to pay what you are able! This is a super valuable weekend, so it's hard to put a price on it. I also wanted to make this is a year of no excuses. When you register you can hit a Pay Pal button for $300 or $200 or $100 or $50. You choose which price point feels right to your heart and wallet. What if I can't stay all weekend or I live locally?
Saturday is the essential action packed day. Day trippers are welcome for Saturday only. You can register just like everyone else, but let me know you will not need overnight accommodations.
