I seek the nourishment and support that are a life line for me.
I was hiking out in the woods this weekend, and I was struck by the roots of trees. I was in awe of how twisted and gnarled they were. They seek after the life and nutrients they need no matter where the journey takes them.
Why am I so slow to seek out the things that give me life? Why do I resist the path when it twists? Why do I let fear hold me hostage in the desert of the familiar when life giving nourishment and support are just waiting for me?
Dear Brave Teacher,
Today I hope you find a source of nourishment and light and life that sustain you. I wish that fear may be banished from your decision making. You deserve the best life has to offer. You are a precious and amazing gift.
