Brave Yoga is a gentle approach to beginner yoga that allows you to begin right where you are. It is my hope to continue to share with others the gifts that yoga has given me--a stronger more confident body, a less anxious and stressed mind, and an unexplainable level of peace (at least most of the time!) Let yoga strengthen your body and soften your heart.

I completed yoga teacher training in June 2013. Since then I have conducted regular sessions, filled in for other yoga teachers and shared yoga, breathing, and relaxation techniques in elementary classrooms, outdoor education events, and women's retreats.
